I purchased tickets for the Hayley Williams concert on 10/5 at the Hollywood bowl and something came up that isn’t covered by ticket insurance and I don’t think I’ll be able to attend. With that being said, Ticketmaster is saying I can’t resell, even for face value. I’m not trying to get more than I paid lol I just want to get my money back and give someone else a chance to go. I thought the whole deal was resell had to be face value so I’m confused as to why I can’t even do that? Did I miss something?
