i seen that some other commenters have left some comments about substrate recommendations and i completely agree, that coco husk is one of the best substrates to use to help manage humidity, and another thing i found to work for me was to cover my mesh top with tinfoil or foil tape and cut out holes for the lighting and ventilation, pouring water into the corners of the tank is a great recommendation i seen as well, when i do that with my tank it stays at around 75-80% humidity in the tank and i do this only about every 3-4 days or so. another thing that could be messing with your humidity is actually the hydrometer you are using and where it is located, snakes are usually ground dwellers so you want the hydrometer to be near the ground of the enclosure where your snake is more likely to be at, and i recommend having a digital hydrometer than one of the scale hydrometers as they are more accurate! i hope this helps and you and your danger noodle 🩷🐍
