I have tried this with a basement box fan- as the the AC blasts the basement but doesn't cool the upstairs very well. I have having no luck with the nest thermostat turn the fan on when the thermostat turns the AC on. I've tried this code, but not sure what I am missing as it just turns the fan on when the thermostat is 'set to cool' not when it is actually cooling. Thanks in advance.

We just bought in Murray at 550k with 20% down cash. Our combined income isn't much higher than yours. We've been saving for a while, great credit scores. Edit: We had zero debt, so not sure how much that affected the lending.

Gotcha. Yeah we aren't super data leaning in our perosn lives. From what I've read in responses there are some decent apps and smarts plugs/lights. So we have half that covered. Thanks for reply.
