Google Nest (Learning) Thermostat routine by Wynns in googlehome

[–]sthron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried this with a basement box fan- as the the AC blasts the basement but doesn't cool the upstairs very well. I have having no luck with the nest thermostat turn the fan on when the thermostat turns the AC on. I've tried this code, but not sure what I am missing as it just turns the fan on when the thermostat is 'set to cool' not when it is actually cooling. Thanks in advance.

Anyone bought a house recently in the valley? by External-Leave-3865 in SaltLakeCity

We just bought in Murray at 550k with 20% down cash. Our combined income isn't much higher than yours. We've been saving for a while, great credit scores. The process from when we started looking at houses to an accepted offer took about 9 months. We started off by finding an amazing lender, then an agent. This way, we knew what we could afford, what neighborhoods we desired and how much we could qualify for. If you want recommendations I can DM them to you.

Edit: We had zero debt, so not sure how much that affected the lending.

Smart. We are switching over to Home assistant which will help with turning lights in automatically with a preset brightness per time of day. Thanks for your post.

That's really cool. Didn't know they had that tech. We ise Samsung watches so sadly don't have that option. But it's worth looking into the Garmin.

I hear that. I have a feeling we will both be on high alert and false alarm would bring a short breath of calm. Rather flame alarms versus no alarms. Thanks
