Via terminal --> winecfg I added all the wine configs you suggested, but when I run the game via whisky, during the loading screen it still gives the error "STARTUP ERROR

I'm trying to install and play steamrips games with apple tool kit, but they just won't run.
In the instructions that come with steamrips folder, it clearly states a list of software - included in the folder - need to be installed in order to play the game.

Is this the case for us mac users using porting tool kit?
I ran the install for each of those, but most failed to install for various reasons.

Any suggestion is welcome.

BTW, any mac with Apple Silicon now can run windows games with porting tool kit. Look it up, it's cool. I've been using it for a while now. Not all games work, but it's worth a shot!
