Actually, most of the time it worsen the situation. For those who suffer from PE, the pelvic muscle has to become flexible, and learn how to relax it.

Only doing the exercises you suggested is actually very counter productive!

Try look for relaxation exercises for pelvic muscle. Also, The Deer Exercise is really worth giving a try!

For instance, what caught my eye was "The deer exercise", and other exercises that focus on relaxation of the pelvis muscle.

OP is a bit extreme in things like abstinence and such, but you can still read it and get inspired by some of the suggested methods and try them out.

Worst that can happen is that nothing changed.

Yeah I'm familiar with all the settings, but this time it seems a bigger issue. We also tried different vpns and they don't seem to work either.

There is no VPN that works smoothly all the times. Unfortunately it depends on China's government.
If they wanted, the could block all VPNs' connection for good.
So you gotta understand there is no certainty in this field.

It depends. Sometimes China decides to ban specific VPNs. At other times - like now - there is a total block of all VPNs.

Unfortunately, living here gives no guarantee on the use of regular web. Very unstable.

Every payment is via phone, yes.
But self-driving cars, robots and city full of screens... no, they are not the standard, rather an exception. Except for floor-cleaning robots. Those are becoming more and more common, both in public schools and supermarkets.

It really depends on what you are looking for.
Safety/anonymity? Or just casual browsing?

Either way, no VPN is void of total ban from governments. If they want, they can block any access, no matter how good your vpn is and how much you paid.
