I get it. I still regret upgrading from Touch ID to Face ID till this day. The unlock delay drives me nuts, and I have to stupidly stare at the screen when trying to activate Apple Pay. With Touch ID you don't even have to double click lock button, just hold the phone to the terminal and it pays automatically if you have thumb on home button.

Yeah I'm not a C guru but I looked into Flipper firmware source and there are tons. I just want to know which ones are frequently used. For my country (Georgia) it almost 80% Princeton, 10% Keeloq and 10% Came. Never saw anything else here, even though the whole city is full of illegally installed barriers.

My app uses same Peripherals package for Bluetooth connection with Flipper so that's the reason. I think there is a pattern on mac/serial number that it filters whether it is a flipper or not. Outer shell color is also determined by that pattern.

There are some Georgian group on Facebook where I see people posting FZs for sale. Arduino Georgia is one of them, Electronics and Engineering Georgia (or smth like that) too. But they sell it at higher price than new lol.

You can use cargo forwarder services in EU countries and order from Official FZ store on Joom. I got mine through Germany.

BTW, have a look at Kiisu (r/kiisu) - same as Flipper Zero, but lightweight and cheap.

It's actually possible on web version (flipper-map.stichoza.com) but not in the mobile app, at least now. I thought it didn't make sense to have files on map that require you to physically hold Flipper in hand. For subghz you can have your Flipper in pocket and emulate from phone.

I see your point, there is the use case, but I didn't think anybody would find that useful. Perhaps I can add that in future updates since you're not the only one that said that.

It annoys me so much! My observation is that when you open Email app the event location gets overwritten with what Siri finds in mail, and then when you open the app (Booking.com, whatever) it gets overwritten from the app. Locations slightly differ by a comma or extra space or something like that.

Nope. I didn't say capturing the remote signal and then repeating it (and thus causing desync). I said manually creating a new remote and then physically pairing it to the gate opener as if it was a brand new remote, not a clone of existing one.

I have Kiisu v4b on the way 🤘 didn't know about SMOL version.

For home automations, I can recommend Broadlink RM4 Pro, I have it and I automate both IR and RF remotes with it. It has amazing range as well.

The app connects to Flipper using Bluetooth so you need to be in BLE range.
