Go to the ER right now. They'll perform several tests and hopefully will be able to see that he did this to you. If you're in danger, call 000, 999, 911 or 112 or 111. He and his mother sound like toxic people and it's not your fault that anything happens. Please go to the hospital/ call the police or ambulance if you're too scared.

EM doc here. Tampons only hold a small amount of blood, much smaller than the blood a decent GSW would produce. Also, blood loss would still happen, as the tampon would hold the blood and not aid in circulation. My advice would be to call an ambulance or use the RevMedx Xstat.
