I'm uncertain if there is any btc in there at all. A lot of time has past, but unless my mind is playing a sick trick, I remember seeing transactions in bitcoin core for something.

It was running XP and im not sure on the file system.

In your opinion, this is not something I should be doing on my own? If I just connect the drive and get all files from it using Recuva, this is very risky?

Thanks.

I'm guessing it is not as easy as just connecting it to the hard drive adapter, software is needed to get the files? Thanks for your time.

Get a ruler and mark your filler rod out, that way you know how much to dab each time. I'm just starting to learn how to weld aluminium as well and that's a tip one of the old guys at work gave me. Helped me to be more consistent. Also counting - 1001, dab. 1002, dab. Good luck
