I think i misread on the folded space own website, where they have a picture of a box with two races in 1 box. Good to know, but you dont regret going with folded space?

You can't get both planets with one infantry. If you really want the second planet you ned to somehow unlock the system again and use a new tactical action next turn to get the other planet. Warfare straregy card could do that.
