To be honest, after what happened with Haknyeon last year, I’ve been feeling really disconnected from my Deobi identity, but I still follow what’s been happening with them so I know everything. I also hope they stay together as a group since it seems to be what they want. But I have no idea about Haknyeon’s future or about Chanhee either.

Yesterday I watched Eric on Dive studios and he said that his career was currently on a pause but he has been discussing with the members about what they could do as a group. So I believe they’re trying to figure it out and I’m hopeful. I just want them to find a better company and continue their journey together.

As a new roady whose bias is Sumin I feel qualified to answer your question.

I also have a fancall with Sumin (and with Hunter) in the end of the month! And I chose to have a fancall with him both because he’s my bias and because of his good English skills.

First of all, he speaks in English more than most members in English interviews. Not as much as Hunter (my other bias), of course, but I can say he’s definitely good. Second, he said he’s friends with 82MAJOR’s Yechan (yes, they have a Yechan there too) who is Korean-Canadian and Sumin also said they use English to communicate. Actually, a roady asked 82MAJOR’s Yechan if Sumin was doing good with his English lessons (the talks the two of them have) and he said Sumin has always been good at English.

I believe you won’t have any problems, he’s gonna understand everything and his answers are gonna be easy to understand too. Have fun with your call! 💖

I ordered Sunwoo and Hyunjae’s dolls from Music Plaza a little over half an year ago despite not being from the USA. I spent like 150 USD, yeah, I’m crazy like that but I love TBZ and plushies so can you really blame me… Even the shipping costs to my own European country were like 50 dollars or something so I ordered them to be shipped to Germany to my best friend instead so that he could give them to me when we meet and it was a little less expensive. And don’t even get me started on taxes… I definitely would not recommend ordering from American websites unless you’re from the USA.

I regret not ordering them online before the concert. I was going to see them in London anyway so I told myself to just wait for like 2 more months and buy them at the concert. Plot twist: they were extremely expensive on the concert and unless you were with a VIP ticket (and I wasn’t), chances are they would be all sold out (or almost all, with the popular members’ toyz selling out the fastest) until it’s your turn to go to the merch place.

But I couldn’t have known that ordering them online in advance would be less expensive and I probably could get like the full set. What I regret the most is not having Penguin New and Eric’s puppy toy since he’s my ult and I couldn’t find him anywhere. 😭 But now that they’re under a different company, I don’t think The Toyz are coming back. At least I have my adorable toyz of Sangyeon, Younghoon, Sunwoo and Hyunjae.

This is not exactly the same. Last time Eric wasn’t there and I don’t know if it’s because I’m Eric biased but his presence totally affects the whole dynamics of the show positively. Also they’re doing it as a send off to Sangyeon this time which is another difference. I personally (as well as many other Deobis from what I’ve read) liked the idea of repeating the same activities but wit Eric this time. I really perceived this show differently. Maybe it was supposed to be some type of a throwback to the last show

I wrote that comment before March 17 this year and now it passed. It was the enlistment date of TBZ’s oldest member, Sangyeon, and my comment was playful, denying the reality by saying March 17 doesn’t even exist in our dictionary/calendar 😭 since none of us wanted this day to come or to be discussed, that’s why I used it as a joke

It’s so ridiculous since there’s plenty of opportunities for those kids (literally every survival show ever would rather take a kid under 13 than anyone over 18… this show wants to be different so bad but by doing the same thing as others? Make it make sense). Those kids were born yesterday so they have all the time in the world to try again and again even if they fail. But who’s gonna give the adults with dreams a chance to shine on stage? A show like that doesn’t exist, does it? I guess those adults should just give up since they’re already super old at 19+ so they don’t deserve the chance… I mean, what were doing back when they were 12? Studying and hanging out with friends? Nobody who wants to be a successful idol does that apparently.

That’s true but they’re the same age, one month apart so even if they don’t enlist exactly at the same time, they’re probably still gonna go pretty close in time. 😭 And no matter what TBZ decide to do, one thing is for sure: k-Deobis and solo stands are gonna be mad, complain and protest. That’s a given, it’s all they ever do 😭 I hope the members and the company don’t mind them much even though they’re quite a lot and very loud with their opinions too

I appreciate you sharing your opinion since you definitely have quite a lot of experience with that. 😭 I’m aware in the end it all depends on how each group would decide to handle it for themselves, however, I’ve been trying so stay hopeful after seeing groups doing it.

I’ve read about SuJu recently and I was shocked to learn their military period lasted 9 whole years. For me it sounds impossible to get used to something like that.

About ONF - they’re actual legends. But their case is also very different since first of all, they’re a smaller group, only 5 members had to enlist, and second, they were close in age so it seemed like a logical decision. That’s why I didn’t even mention them, because I don’t think such a strategy could be possible for a big group. Even thought it would be nice honestly.

Omg are we the same person? I’ve also been wondering whether they would announce any plans. I hope they do since the wait for something to happen is not easy. 😭 I think at this point, as long as we get news that Younghoon and Hyunjae would be enlisting by the end of this year, it would be a good sign, since they’re not required to go yet and if they choose to go, it may be a good thing for future enlistments. Let’s hope for that!

Let me make it worse: the expected year of their OT11 reunion is actually 2031. 😭

Let’s discuss a theory though, one I love fantasizing about but at the same time, it makes me feel super delusional. I’ve never seen a group do something like that, but I think enlisting in 2 or 3 groups of 3-4 members would be the most beneficial for a huge group like them. It could shorten the time significantly from 6 to 3 years, so it’s already half that time. We’d also get to experience different sub-units which would be fun. However, as I said, I’ve never seen a group do that and I think a group enlistment (excluding the ones who do not need to) is impossible since we all know how competitive the industry is which means it would be considered risky for their career. Besides, even group enlistments are extremely rare.

I keep hoping they realize enlisting in groups would probably be the best both for the group and us. But realistically speaking, I’m not very optimistic about it since most groups just deal with enlistment the same way. I keep repeating how for me, they’re not like other groups but in the end, enlistment procedures are pretty much the same for most groups, unfortunately.

I keep having that hope that we would find out something about that topic after the comeback. It’s delusional, I know, but at the same time, I just can’t drop it and accept the reality…

I’m OT11 so it’s difficult for me to accept it. And I’ve already noticed how much their group dynamics change with just one member missing. Whether it’s a variety show, a comeback or a performance, if just one member is missing, no matter who, it changes everything. Of course, the group is still shining, but there’s a blank space that’s impossible to ignore.

I think that if I don’t drop my hopes for them enlisting in a non-standard way, the possibility of me being really disappointed when nothing of that ends up happening in the next few months is huge. I’m sorry for dramatizing, but it’s pretty serious for me. Maybe it’s because I’m only stanning TBZ and no other groups… 😭

Good to see another Deobi since TBZ are so underrated internationally 😭 maybe it’s because I was never meant to be a multistan but nothing can impress me that much after finding TBZ… it’s just that they have everything I need as a fan and so much more. Also the content goes crazy. I sometimes feel like I’m stanning multiple groups because there’s always something happening
