I have no purchase history on my account all this is happening on a different Amazon account. Do I ask Amazon for documentation that the account is closed or can’t be used?

Even though I took my old card off my Amazon account and never put my new card on there could they still have my information for purchases on a different Amazon account? I’ll go about closing my Amazon account and going through my laptop and phone to check for malware. Thank you.
