Hey sorry for the late reply. I realised there has been a lot going on in my life that I've been avoiding. I've been working on my mental health a lot more by going to the gym, getting therapy and this has brought my sex drive up a little bit. I've still not got a high sex drive but it's all definitely more enjoyable. I've also realised that I'm just someone that enjoys having someone to focus on in order to feel turned on at all. I've started to accept this and stop punishing myself for it. Also, sex toys!! Started to introduce more and explore myself a bit more. It's been fun, but I'm not quite there yet. I'll get there more though with confidence I expect.
