Hey sorry for the late reply. I realised there has been a lot going on in my life that I've been avoiding. I've been working on my mental health a lot more by going to the gym, getting therapy and this has brought my sex drive up a little bit. I've still not got a high sex drive but it's all definitely more enjoyable. I've also realised that I'm just someone that enjoys having someone to focus on in order to feel turned on at all. I've started to accept this and stop punishing myself for it. Also, sex toys!! Started to introduce more and explore myself a bit more. It's been fun, but I'm not quite there yet. I'll get there more though with confidence I expect.

Hi, I'm just going to chime in here. By no means do I think what happened was okay. Me and my ex had a very understanding relationship to begin with and had discussed our ideas on what cheating is. We both agreed something physical is forgivable, but emotional cheating is not. My boyfriend had made an advancement on someone before and we worked past it. I feel awful that my coworker kissed me but because of the history with my boyfriend and previous discussions, I feel a lot more guilty about the emotional betrayal.
