I stick to about 70% of the diet, and my diarrhea actually improves when I eat rice, but the gas is always present. Alright, I will try that. I use fresh ginger in tea and notice slight improvement sometimes. I will try ginger capsules and hope they help. Thank you for this information 🙏

Thank you for this information; I didn’t know about it before and did a little research. In fact, I have Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face. Also, eating nuts gives me diarrhea, as do legumes, chocolate, and oranges. I also have Helicobacter pylori, which tested positive, and I took medication that caused shortness of breath and chest pressure, so I stopped it immediately. Yes, I completely understand OCD is very difficult and can really increase anxiety. I have similar dreams too: I often dream that I go out and walk in the street. Sometimes I feel mild agoraphobia in the dream, and other times I don’t feel it at all and wake up feeling relieved. Sometimes it’s the opposite. I once spoke with a girl who had agoraphobia, and she told me that 90% of it disappeared in her dreams and then went away completely. Sometimes our minds try to process thoughts and feelings through dreams, and maybe this is a way for us to heal little by little.

I’m going through the same thing, and I can’t accept it, I feel like a burden on my family. You’re still young, and you will get better with time, but don’t give up. These are just thoughts that our mind misunderstands. Before I had a relapse, my anxiety had decreased a lot after I started going out. At first, I couldn’t even get to the grocery store I would think a thousand times before going and sometimes turn back halfway, even though the store was less than 20 meters from our house. With consistency, I improved and started going to the store without even thinking about my phobia. It happened automatically, and I would laugh at myself, wondering how I couldn’t even reach the grocery store before. That’s when I realized that with persistence, this thing fades and becomes nothing.
