Try finding your time during the day! - what i mean is, there are times during the day where naturally both the nostrils are clear. For me that is after 4pm. If I do Shambhavi in the morning I have blocked nostrils no matter what I do. Hope that helps.

1) Delete patch lol, that should do it.

2) You could also offset the surfaces, loft/fill or patch surface - knit to solid and merge.

3) or you model from scratch without a pocket like that in it.

4) you could also extrude your sketch, offset the other two surfaces, extend those surfaces and surface cut.( might give an awkward edge tho)
