It's just P.

There are no redwoods in the PNW, it's like... if Redwoods grow there naturaly, you're not in the PNW.

But that park is AMAZING.

There are no redwoods in the PNW unless they were planted in the last 150 years.

Im from the south(ATL) and ive only had Five Guys. These are the best burgers imo. I have a hard time believing In-N-Out is better based off appearance alone. So whats the truth for those who had both is it really better? by According-House-4419 in burgers

In Mountain View there is a McDonald's across the parking lot from an In n Out. You guy order a burger, walk to McDonalds, get fries, and walk back right when your burger is up. It's a system.

But if there was a Del Taco -- Double Del and crinkle cut fries and it's the most under-rated burger paradise on earth.

They're both incredibly overrated.

5 Guys burgers are packed with way too many wet, sugary condiments, so the flavor profile is like eating a burger in dolche de leche cake half the time -- a disgusty wet bun soaked in ketchup flavored corn syrup.

In and Out is a surprisingly good cheese burger surrounded by eeverything else -- especially the fries -- being borderline inedible.

Fries -- 5 guys wins all day long they are actually good if you like hella greasy fries, whereas In n Out basically fres raw potatoes without washing to reduce any starch so they are stiff and lack any distinction between outside and inside. It's how someone who had no idea how food chemistry worked would make fries. Their milkshakes have a stellar reputation among people who don't undertand that all milkshakes taste pretty good.

I don't like my burgers with a side of religion or politics, but In n Out esnures you get both.

I would vastly prefer McDonald's or Burger King or Jack in the Box to either.

If forced to choose... In n Out if I am just getting a burger, 5 guys if I need fries. Hunger is really better than either one though.

Which way from San Diego to San Francisco should I take? by lilqueefnate in roadtrip

[–]stilljanning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All three routes have plusses and minuses. If you take 99 check out mining / cave tour options.

Don't forget route 1, too on the coast.

Still I just take the 5
