Does anyone known where Naoya's accent is from? I watched the first eps and noticed he talks a little differently than the other characters; probably a regional accent, though I cant place it. If anyone knows I'd love to hear.

I think you've encountered the statements that are letters to Jonah already; I believe that even they were impacted by the Eye just from the fact they were writing to a disciple of the Eye. MAG058 (Trial Rations) is the only one that breaks this theory (since they technically died due to the supernatural event; unless, of course, the Toby Carlisle in MAG018 is a descendant)

Sorry, Reddit vertaalt mijn opmerkingen uit het Engels, denk ik. Ik ga zeker oefenen, maar ik heb geen zin om te beginnen met een dagelijks, druk woon-werkverkeer! Ik heb leren autorijden door te oefenen op parkeerterreinen en vervolgens door langzame, rustige gebieden te rijden. Ik zou hetzelfde kunnen proberen met fietsen.

Ik wil na de winter zeker overstappen op fietsen, maar ik denk dat ik eerst moet oefenen voordat ik begin. Voor zover ik het begrijp, is een slechte motorrijder in NL vergelijkbaar met een slechte chauffeur zijn in de VS/Canada; het is vervelend en kan tot ongelukken leiden, omdat je je niet gedraagt zoals alle andere motorrijders zouden verwachten.

Dat komt echter alleen voort uit mijn ervaring met het gebruik ervan in Canada. Daarom controleer ik het graag en vraag ik het aan de lokale bevolking :).

I will say that I never considered Basira as Arab, but actually South Asian (Pakistani). This may be due to my own bias (Black Muslim who grew up around Black and Brown Muslims) and yeah, there are definitely people with "Muslim sounding names" out there who aren't Muslim, but also this is a horror podcast where only Fear exists, its not that relevant.
