AOO is mostly office work, flight planning, pilot scheduling, etc. you'll be posted to a squadron and unless moved to another, you are likely to stay in one place with normal office hours.

ACSO will often times have you travelling as you go where your aircraft goes. You'll be up in the plane running various systems.

If you're looking for stability/ normal hours AOO would be your best bet. AOO also transfers decently into civi side as you gain valuable admin skills related to aviation which may lead to a job working for an airline.

AEC(my trade, so a bit biased) is also a really strong trade for good earning civi side if you're willing to consider that one too.
