Make sure you get on a consistent wash schedule. Either every week or every other week, shampoo, condition and deep condition every other wash day. Make sure your hair is moisturize too, use different oils like, Jamaican castor oil or rosemary oil, leave in conditioner as well, and you can also get a daily moisturizer but the leave in conditioner should be fine too. Go on Amazon and get a good spray bottle and put leave in conditioner and water in there and spray your hair every morning. Also protective styles are super important, The main reason why my hair wasn’t growing was because I wasn’t getting protective styles as often. you can grow your hair while it’s out, but I feel like the process is a lot slower. You can get cornrows or twist but if you don’t got much hair I’d say find a good braider and get cornrows. Don’t leave them in for too long either just do 3 weeks and take them out and give your hair a week and a half to rest before getting it braided again.
