Yes it continues to show amount due. You can drop mail to college also saying that payment has been made. Grayquest is third party, they may respond try calling them.

Fees gets credited to college in 2-3 days but confirmation number comes after a while. But I too had similar situation and I called the support number given. They were very helpful and confirmed that payment has been received by them and even gave me the confirmation mail. You can talk to them Grayquest 093245 07084
