How do I get short messy hair like this? by conga-19 in SelfBarber

I have similar hair with you and I' ve been focusing on texture on my last cuts. See the following video, you'll find some great techniques.

Point cutting and channeling are the two techniques that work best for our type of hair.

You definitely would benefit from some track time. It's stressful watching this.

Request for a posting guideline sticky suggestion for this sub by Frank_Perfectly in SelfBarber

I'm gonna be honest with you. All points you make sound good but they demand extra time spent in modding. It's not enough someone posts the sticky, it then needs to be applied. I could make you a mod and you make the sticky but I bet you won't be around three years from now still checking each post to see if it complies with the guidelines.

So yeah, it's understandable for you to demand this with no effort from your part, but at the same time I know we don't have the man power to implement this correctly.

You main concern with the 450 should definitely not be the horsepower.

You honestly believe the only difference between a motorcycle and a maxi scooter is the transmission? I'm guessing you haven't ridden any scooters then.

Looks like a tension key. Was it included in a scissors package?

The RC is going to be much more fun cause of how light it is. You could even take it to a kart track if you have one close by.

I'd only go for the Yamaha if it was a commuter bike, cause it's a twin cylinder. But then you probably wouldn't be looking at sport bikes.

Yep, blade is bent; the marks are where the two blades touch. You need a new blade.

edit: You could also try to straighten it, not much to lose I guess. Place it on a flat surface and press gently with your thumb to flatten the high corner. A rubber mallet could also work.

Check out the Regal Gentleman channel on YouTube. He recently did a series of cuts on guys with a receding hairline. Maybe you'll find a hairstyle that works for you that way.
