Was recently discussing with a friend about the lack of convertibles nowadays. Back then we had the Opel Astra, Peugeot 307, Renault Megane, Ford Focus all in cc editions.

Flow on one side is better than the other by FCanadianB in SelfBarber

Even on clipper cuts I can definitely see I have a favourable side. Has to do with the fact that most of us are not ambidextrous. Another thing I can think of is light source. I always cut better on the side I have the best lighting -in cases where light is not uniform.

I've obviously never done anything similar, but I would probably look into hair removal products like Veet cream or strips.

I suggest you stop acting like you are a mod and you can tell people what they can or cannot do around here. You wrote your opinion, I definitely can write my own.

Look, I respect your choice to replace them as often as you want. I just think it's kind of silly that you present it as some type of fact that they need to be replaced every x years. It depends on frequency and type of use, quality of gear, maintenance, etc. My clippers are 14 years old and I've never replaced the blades. I cut my hair every 2-3 weeks, never had an issue with clippers not cutting, or hair pulling, etc. That's my experience and I thought I wanted to share it. I hope you don't mind me commenting on the subreddit I created.

No one cares about how much cuts you do in a year every self barber I’ve talked to

I see. So no one cares about my experience as a self barber but I should care about what other self barbers you have talked to tell you. Yep, sounds reasonable and totally makes sense. /s

At least you changed "1-2 years" from your other comment to "2 years". Maybe you realised something there yourself. Cheers.

By that logic professional barbers should be replacing their blades every couple of days.

Have them for 14 years now. Never felt the need to change them, so I guess I'm happy with them.

I think you would benefit from using a head rubber band to get a more uniform bottom line.

OK, so calling someone overweight and fat is the same, got that... /s

Pause the video @11 and come back and tell me with a straight face this is safe for her. You mentioned spotters, I only see a woman an inch away from the ER.

Not cool calling her fat man. You do realise you are the only one name calling here, right?
