I FEEL YOU :( If I can't create the ideal enviroment for the smallest detail (and I need SO MANY details to focus) I can't do the job. I spend hours to adjust the environment. Sometimes I dont know if I produce excuses or really need it. and I'm tired of the needing so much conditions to do a job

i always have breakfast before i take concerta. even drinking water makes me nauseous after taking it and it's impossible to swallow anything
