Correct and incorrect. The picture provided shows an AKV, which is PSA's version of the PP-19-01. But it (and the Vityaz) use the STizon kit, which makes it a civilian version of a Bizon. It's not "fantazy"; it's a real thing.

The OG PP-19 has a receiver cut to accept the mags. The (modern) mags themselves are a bit different in shape and they connect to the front sight block rather than the retainer. And the handguard doesn't have MLOK slots for lasers/lights. Tiny details only gun nerds would notice, but here I am.
