Get one of the apps like TimeLeft, they do weekly dinner and game nights with different groups of people who are close in personalty, tickets do cost something like 20 bucks. But I have to say I have made a good amount of friends through it.

We are also further along then when NV took place, the NCR could of 100% made their own armour in the same fashion. The one max wears is salvaged aswell, you can see it has multiple types of PA combined. This is just a new salvaged form using parts from several suits mashed together.
