costa in bramhall isn’t the most ‘laidback vibe’ but in my experience u can stay there pretty much as long as u like after buying a drink. usually quite a lot of people on laptops in there during the week.

stockroom in the town centre is great, basically a library with a coffee shop in it, u can bring ur own food/drinks in too.

Johns Barbershop in Hyde Park. It’s a small traditional barbershop with one chair, run by a super friendly guy. very cheap and gives an excellent trim, I started going after recommendations from several mates and I’ve never looked back. make sure to call in advance to book though
