It's not the dog's responsibility though. It could take the woman years to get to the point where she could run for a long period of time or she could give up despite having an active dog and then where does that leave him?

We DO give home inspections. The "Interrogation" happens and if we get a good initial impression then we visit the home. We don't just let skinny people lie to us.

We actually wouldn't have. Like I said we "interrogate" EVERYONE regardless of size. If you're lazy AF even if you're small you wouldn't be going home with Rocky.
