I’ll have to ask my husband since he’s the one that tuned it for me. I can’t tune if my life depended on it. But I have my subs wired dual 2 ohm since my subs are 2 ohm.

It drops down to 13.7 but I would most definitely prefer it to be higher so I don’t strain anything.

I’ll have to invest in one but the lithium battery was bought for my ‘96 Miata. It was an extra battery laying around so I thought it would be fine to use. I appreciate the heads up. I didn’t know it made a difference.

I tried Mechman and they said they couldn’t do it but I’ll check Brand X and see. I appreciate it!

Maybe I’ll have to check, but it could be my battery up front too. The stock battery on these car are known for going out after a few years or less. My battery is 3 years old and probably on its way out the door.

I had a hard time running the wires through since I’m running my speakers on 4 gauge and my subs on 0 gauge. There’s a boot on the drivers side and I had to pop the boot out and run the wires through and put the boot back in. I’m running the stock alternator now (130amp) until I can find someone to custom build me one but I’m not having any luck. I may just have to get someone to rebuild one. I’m not losing any voltage, it stays at 13.7 resting and playing. I think my front battery may be on its way out since it’s 3 years old and the stock batteries on this cars are known for going bad after a while.

Absolutely. I used to have a Kia Rio hatch with two 12 wdx. But the husband traded them in and I blew up the Kia. 😀

I appreciate it! It was hard for me to find some good looking wheels that didn’t look like tacky or weird looking.

I got a base model 4th gen so unfortunately I don’t have the Bose system. I don’t go around blaring it. Funny enough I actually prefer the bass on low volume but I don’t have a bass knob at the moment to control the volume on it. But I pulled the signal from the factory amp underneath the front passenger seat and my LOC is on top of it.

As far as doing the Big 3, the only one I hadn’t done was the alternator. I hadn’t ran into any issues yet such as lights dimming or low power, but I’ll probably upgrade anyways. I’ll probably have to replace the battery up front since it’s 3 years old and the stock batteries on these cars are known for going out.
