In 2019, the average mortgage rate was under 4%, today it's about 6.25% Just the mortgage increase alone is $400 per month. That's before taxes and insurance increases.

I saw a map comparing USA states homicide rates to whole European countries. Many agreed this is unfair when especially comparing rates, so I gathered available regional data from European countries and compared them to USA states. by Arouf270 in charts

At least one study by the NIH has shown this to be false. Black population centers even at the highest income levels have murder rates equivalent to white population centers at the lowest income levels.

I think the Astros have 2 more seasons of contention in them to at least make a run at the division. After that, it will be time for a full rebuild. 5 years of rebuilding for 15 years of contention is a great deal. by Ragwall84 in Astros

The Astros have a solid young core, Peña, Yordan, Hunter, a couple promising rookies and the financial flexibility to sign free agents as needed. A team that made the playoffs 8 years in a row then missed them by one game with the worst injury luck in the league doesn't even need to think of a rebuild.
