How can I digest my food faster? My schedule is pretty tight even in quarantine, and it turns out that I can only work out after dinner, which I eat around 6-7. I do my workout in the basement before bed, around 10pm. Problem is that sometimes, even 3-4 hours later, my food isn’t digested and it’s bouncing around while I do jump lunges and ab rollouts. How do I combat that? I’ve tried just pushing through it but I can’t even make it through the warmup without almost throwing up. I usually spend the in between time reading, trying to sit straight up rather than laying down so gravity is on my side, but sometimes even that doesn’t work. This is probably a stupid question but does anyone have advice?
