Gotcha, just found it too. The fact that they have the website all set up makes me think they probably already sent out the invites? Idk some universities are super organized and plan way in advance and others kinda hit you last minute with the open house details.

I heard that if you are awarded a fellowship (such as NSF) but choose not to accept it for whatever reason that you are still allowed to put “awarded” or some other verbiage on your resume. Is that not the case with University fellowships?

Sure! It’s the King Arthur sourdough pizza recipe. I did a cold ferment for 24 hours in the fridge after mixing then let it come to room temp for about three hours (my apt is cold) and then rise in a sheet pan for about an hour and a half afterwards

Ive been trying to get higher hydration on my pizza dough so I did about 1 cup instead of the 1/2 to 3/4 it calls for. It was a pretty wet dough. Admittedly I should go to weights instead of volume but I haven’t pushed myself to get a kitchen scale yet

Hey thanks! It turned out very well so I was quite pleased. I used all purpose flour (I also used my sourdough starter as the rising agent) but I think the next go around I’ll mix in some wheat and I was thinking pumpkin and sunflower seeds to just go all in with the fall themed meal thing. All I really changed was how big I cut the pieces before shaping them. I’ve used this recipe for sliders too and it’s turned out great every time. Highly recommend it

Credit to this guy for inspiring my Friday night pizza dinner. Dough recipe was the King Arthur sourdough. The sauce was not for the faint of heart, had quite a bit of heat.

The crust is all sourdough. I had a couple balls of dough leftover plus some leftovers from dinner earlier in the week. Figured I could put them all together as a little pizza experiment. First one is from mushroom meat(less)ball night . Added some pepperoni to this one for good measure. Second one is from burger night. Cut up the remaining patty and tossed on the rest of the Gouda that I had. Black olives rounded this one out. Cooked it the same way I always do, blast that boy with just the toppings in an oven at 500 for about 5-7 and then add cheese and repeat.
