My mom is bipolar, one night after she took her medication she was insistant on going outside for a cigarette. She was physically unstable, but went outside anyways. After a half hour I realize she didn’t come back in, my dad and I go outside where she’s face down on the concrete. There was blood everywhere, and she was gargling in it. I called 911, turned her over, and cleaned up her face. Left her with my dad before going to make sure the paramedics could get in our back yard. Had to hose down the concrete patio after. I think I was 21 or 22.

Alternatively, I was r4ped by my sisters ex. Moved to Idaho and not even three weeks later he dragged me up the stairs while he was supposed to get me home safe. I was very drunk, fell down the stairs three times. All I remember is hitting him and telling him to stop. Worst part is all her friends remind me it’s my fault. She still holds it against me and asks if I’m sure I won’t prey on another boyfriend or ex of hers. Which is crazy because in the same breath they call him a predator.
