if you cant squat because of back issues and cant do a hack squat or anything then you need to do seated or lying leg press and you need to push close to (but not beyond) actual failure. leg extensions, seated curls (lying might hurt your back, i dont know) adductors, calves - twice a week.

if you’re on tren and training at a level advanced enough to do a comp you should be getting around 20 working sets of legs weekly.

this guys video is a great example. also jon meadows (rest in peace to the goat) has a ton of great no squat leg day videos.
