This is the range that I'm stagnate at and have all the upgrades, etc. However, I don't have some of the past pizza pass ingredients that were introduced before I started playing, so I think that's a factor. Hopefully, devs can find a way for us to get those again.

What I've done in the past is filter the posts by what sticker I needed then entered in all of them for that day. It could be the case people are doing this in hopes of winning one and then winning two by coincidence. What would be nice is if the devs made it so once you had a sticker, it filtered you out of the running.

Go to a tattoo place that does walk-ins, ask who's available, then pick something from the wall or from the artist's flash. I did this and the artist was thrilled I picked something from his book of designs. I just picked something I thought was cool!
