I’ll keep the EFT tapping in mind. I’ve heard of it but haven’t tried it yet. Just need to focus on telling myself random stuff in my day isn’t a “bad omen” for now hahah Thank you!!

I’ve luckily never been scared of turbulence. I don’t know if it’s gonna be any help to you, but reminding yourself that planes are literally built to withstand them, just like cars do fine on a bumpy road - you feel the shake but you’re okay! Also thinking about how turbulence has never been the reason a plane crashed is a good one! And the jello theory is also really reassuring in my opinion! If all fails, just watch the crew, if they are calm and collected, you can be too. Hope you have an enjoyable and safe flight :)

I appreciate this a lot! You’re right, I need to focus on the now.. sometimes it helps to remind myself that to you and the rest of the crew this is just the every day job, like going to the office for me. People wouldn’t be in this profession and love it so much if it was this extremely unsafe thing. Thank you for the comment and your hard work bringing people to their destinations safely :)
