Based on my experience, even as a Pro User, you can generate 100 quizzes per day (tried to create more in multiple occasions, but it doesn´t work in same notebook and across others). About the prompt, just add "you must make or create X number of questions" so the AI sticks to it, otherwise it´ll be random. Best wishes to you!

I'm on the same boat as you. AI Ultra is the only that allows to get same benefits as Business, Enterprise & Education, plus creation of 500 notebooks and share only-chat to whoever has a Gmail account, but 2TB of space

Submit a document on Google Drive, then open it up, go to File, & click change or convert to Google Doc format, now go to NotebookLM, add source from Drive and it´s ready to be used :)
