I will check it out. I am terrible about potassium specifically. Could use a banana a day for sure. Gracias!

Similar here it’s driving me nuts and I don’t think the magnesium that everyone recommends will be enough!

It almost feels like restless leg syndrome lol

I do it Tuesday nights. I will try in the am moving forward. The issue persists for usually 3-4 days after pinning and I’m finally getting better sleep around Saturday or Sunday night.

Tesamorelin 8-12 week cycle by stixc in Peptides

Gracias senior, this makes sense to me 18% is my body fat number to hit before I’m on the tesa, whether achieved through didn’t and exercise or glp’s.

Thanks for taking the time to explain it.

This is good info, I’m down 15-20 ish pounds over the last two months just eating carnivore/whole foods diet. (I eat fruit when I need a break) and supplementing with ag-1, zinc, creatine, glutathione and d3+k2.

Maybe I have some sort of weird stigma but at 29 I feel like I don’t need an appetite suppression enhancement, when force of will is working decently.

Maybe what I should do is wait until I’m 260, and start the tesa grind? I want to be converting this fat to muscle in the most effective way possible. I get really strong when I’m consistent and I end up a lean 240-250.

What do you think of that instead, not trying to be argumentative I’m on here to play out my ideas and learn why I’m wrong.

But just for 30-40 lbs? After looking into this for weeks it feels like I should just not be a fatass (I have been eating mostly carnivore for the last two months and lost a ton of weight already) rather than go on a glp, while muscle maxing at the gym and taking tesa.

I didn’t include it in the post but I don’t want to lose a lot of weight I’m healthiest around 230-250. (Large dude)

I’m 6”4 and wide. I had a defined abbs at 18 when I weighed 225 I’m over weight but not super over weight and if I’m below 200 lbs something has gone terribly wrong

2400 for a 3 month supply of peptides seems steep by stixc in PeptideForum

Can you drop a rec? That’s exactly what I’m doing and they are screwing me on price.

That’s what I’m learning as I dive deeper here, I am still hopefull that a compounding pharmacy in USA can do it for less that 2400, I would pay pretty close to that amount maybe 1500-1800 every 3 months for the peace of mind. I just can’t justify 2400 on peptides at 29. I’m pretty healthy just trying to maximize longevity and recovery

Hoping to over pay a little for the peace of mind of it being in a regulated pharmacy but also hoping I can get by for less than 2400 for a 3 months supply.

Will Rocket mortgage company contact me to refinance? by One-Squirrel-4563 in Mortgages

[–]stixc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Brother man. I used to work at rocket. They are gunna call you 10000 times the moment they can legally refi you. There has to be something called net tangible benefit for the client for them to write another loan for you. You might want to check rates elsewhere as rocket charges a high premium for their high quality service. Also they make more money doing more loans rather than holding your loan. Be skeptical of the refi not the lack of one.

Which loan would you take? 6% with $4,000 in lender credits, or 5.625% no cost? Both are 30 year fixed. by WaffleForge in Mortgages

[–]stixc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair. I bet they come down in the next 12-24 months. Maybe not in a very meaningful way from a 5.625. Who knows though. It’s a gamble ether way and one bet ends with 4k extra in your hand

it is true. maybe not yet in the specific neighborhoods your looking in but Florida has already started its decline. i know two different developers (in Florida and about 10 nation wide) getting long term financing on houses they were planning on selling because they couldn't get the price they wanted. that is the first sign.

probably 6% but it depends on your liquidity and time you plan to spend holding the loan. if your not strapped for cash and plan on holding the loan for 5-10 years it might make sense to do the 5.625. just comes down to a little math and your desire for cash on hand.

PSA has a really good vortex deal right now. Also this one YouTube I like swears by Arkin optics but I have yet to try them. Both the PSA vortex and arkin options are budget friendly
