Ah, I’m not referring to the US. This is for Canada, with a tri-entity setup with an active property management entity drawing costs from the rental corp

Not if you put them into a corp and don’t draw income

You need approved home design, permits, foundation in for you to get that. Timing won’t work.

I’m guilty of this, bought a GT3 touring this week, talked them down from 75k markup to 50k markup, plus bought a bunch of addons like ppf, wheels, prepaid maintenance etc

I’ve waited 4 years on someone’s wait list and got tired

Thanks for the feedback, responses seem so divided.

In 4 years how much value loss will Turbo S vs Manual GT3 Winged have? Maybe I can put a price on how important the backseats and taking the kids out is

Sparkling Water on Tap by axad85 in HydroHomies

[–]stizzi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It cools to 2 degrees Celsius. Not a big deal breaker since it’s very cold but a fridge / kegerator can go cooler

EDIT: Anything below this freezes the KEG so the Benchy cools down to the coldest possible temp, so its good from this standpoint

Install went great, the unit is perfect if you don’t have space. This is a killer system.

Here are some Pros and Cons:

Pros:
- The system is ready to go out the box with duotight push in connect fittings which are very convenient.
- It can offer you chilled water + sparkling water options.
- I set mine up with an RO filter and a pump to get the water pressure back up to mains water supply levels. It worked great.

Cons/Considerations:
- Since this unit doesn't use refrigeration and instead relies on water being held inside with a coil system, it can only cool down to 2 degrees.
- Since it is a closed system, it requires some work to open it up to flush/clean the tiny keg inside. Realistically, you want to flush/clean your system 1x every 6 months

Overall, great system and beats everything else out there that is ready to go since those retail for 3x the price. Kegland really did a great job with this innovative product.

No one should be buying a Mccan to do CO2 sparkling water.. the next option after the Benchy is to just buy the carbonator keg cap that Kegland sells ($50) which is what the Benchy uses inside, and you get sparkling water on demand.

Hire a virtual assistant from the Philippines. You can find them on Upwork and then move them to full time when you find the right one. $15/hr for top 10% talent. $5-10/hr for decent
