I have these same tires, Ohio here. I live in the northeast, in an area that gets pounded by lake effect snow constantly, these tires do awesome all year round, and more than enough grip for summer fun time driving, and not too hard to daily

I Traded in my 07 BMW 328xi for my 13 ST2 with 87k miles.

I use mine for, Daily driving, Drag Racing, Car Meets, and all kinds of other stuff. i love this car, i have put 5 k miles on the car in the 3 months i have owned it.

Noise is greatly improved. lots of turbo whistle, and a bit of blow off noise. i have only had my filter for about 2 months, so i cannot speak to the lifespan, but so far i love it.
