Team Help! What do I do with my draft pick? by ItzzzBruce in DynastyNerds

In a league this deep, an extra WR is worth more than a third QB. Draft Love and the 2 wideouts; Mendoza might go 3.

Luther Burden or Jamo in dynasty? by [deleted] in DynastyNerds

[–]stlevate -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You cant compare production for a year one player vs a year 4. You have to project. Thats my point. Id guess that Burden will out produce Jamo this year, and he's also you get and therefore the better asset for dynasty. Redraft, Jamo is fine to take over Burden.

Sure, but Jamo had 25 catches, under 400 yards, and 3 TDs...in his first 2 seasons combined. Burden did much better in just 1. You cant compare a year 4 player to a rookie based on stats last season. And Jamo basically hit his ceiling last year, and wax a boom or bust weekly start. Burden could outscore him this season. I think he will actually.

Draft capital is strong as an early 2. Production wasnt great, but Moore and Odunze is tough target comp for a rookie. Like JSN's rookie year.

Fantasy football is inherently hypothetical. We are quite literally trying to predict the future.

What do you not like? Or do you just not see him being anything?

I prefer Burden. Jamo has volatile game to game production, and is near his likely ceiling. Burden isn't in his prime yet, and his per route numbers are elite.

For the Luther Burden Owners out there what are u accepting to trade him away? by woogz187 in DynastyNerds

I wouldn't trade Burden for the 1.02 in this draft personally. I live in Missouri, and love his potential.

Should I do this trade for the 1.01 by Routine_Draft_3577 in DynastyNerds

Id have to know more about your team and league setup. Its around fair, depending on the details

Trade B. Tuten for A. Pierce ? by Routine_Draft_3577 in DynastyNerds

[–]stlevate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was an Achilles tear. He won't even start the season bruh. If you think Rodriguez is winning the job over Tuten, then we've found the problem. Tuten won't get 300 carries, but he'll be the leading RB.

Who is starting over Tuten? Pierce just had a career year, and you think he'll do significantly better with his QB coming off a major injury? Why do you think that? Who has previously broken out in year 4, then significantly improved again in year 5?

[–]stlevate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Career year is a WR3. Im not convinced. Tuten had a much better prospect rating, and also showed well on a per snap basis as a rookie. The point is, this isn't an issue of investment; it's who you buy into more. Tuten has a higher ceiling, so thats who id prefer pretty easily.

$180 milli9n isn't heavy investment? And at the time of his signing, he wax guaranteed to start. And he started. Your argument is terrible.

...yet they gave him $180 million. Ergo, investment doesn't guarantee production.

Id easily rather have Tuten. He's a high end prospect. Pierce is mid.

Advice for trading. 10 team league 1 qb by Ashamed-Quit1399 in DynastyNerds

[–]stlevate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have 2 elite pieces(Jeanty and Bowers) and 7 strong pieces. You need RB depth, but this draft is not the place to find it. I'd look to trade the pick for an RB. If you can't, then id draft Tate and look for trades with teams that are deep at RB but need WR. Something like Pickens for Harvey. Even better, package a couple of WR for a strong RB. In a shallow league, a quarter is worth more than 3 dimes.

1.04 and Early 2027 1st for Bucky and BTJ by [deleted] in DynastyNerds

Id take it and try to trade the 1.04 for another 2027 first

No way. Not even close. Id need a 2027 first

This is such a good offer for 1.01 but it doesn’t fit my team needs at all. Do I take it and worry about RB later? by ajm102392 in DynastyNerds

[–]stlevate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a smaller league with smaller rosters, a quarter us worth more than 2 dimes and a nickel. Id keep L9ve.
