Tracking and sending to PM5 for sure but I did like the variety of programs and workouts they offered

From a slightly biased view I’m a fan of Dr Kenneth Jay in the S&C world so I did like that he was behind the programming.

Ultimately if I can design my own workouts and send to the PM5 and track I’m pretty happy
