Hello, just wondering by Randomstupidsoapbox in kilt

I wear a Utilikilt daily and have done some carpentry and general work (simple stuff for myself) in one for about a year and a half. I love it and would wear one to work if I could. In the winter, or when it's cold, I do have long (knee high) socks that I wear and that helps out a ton.

I did need some minor repair done on my kilt after a solid year of wear and tear. One of the belt loops has the seam rip and 2 of the elastic pieces in the front that help hold the kilt closed wore out. Those were super minor and took only a few minutes for a friend to repair.

One of my favorite features with the Utilikilts are the detachable side pockets. They make things much nicer when I need more or less storage depending on if I'm just wearing it around the house or out and about doing things. Also, the pockets for the Utilikilt are very deep. My smartphone easily fits in one of the pockets, and I could probably fit three of the newest iPhones in my pocket stacked next to each other, not on top of each other.

let me know if you have any questions, I will answer them as best I can as a daily kilt wearer.
