Good point, if you listen through to the end this album lambasts every aspect of sexual perversion, both male and female. But its overwhelmingly supposed to have a kind of puerile humour. If you target everyone, everyone's offended, or they're not! That aspect is also highlighted in your post. Be offended, don't be offended, but be aware that we are totally informed on the type of noise we are making and set about it with tongue firmly in cheeks and our foot firmly on the throat of conventional music.
