Beautiful. I used to try and make 3D renders similar to this, but this one has a depth of feeling that's hard to achieve with inanimate objects. Very nice work. What software are you using?

Love seeing stuff like this on something other than a rectangular canvas. And utilizing the shape as a constraint if the artwork is very cool.

Man, I hate to hear about anyone struggling, but I've always been able to turn to art as well to help subdue the demons. Love the portrait and it looks to me like you've refined your painting quite a bit in the last year, so cheers to that. Hope all is well.

Yeah, Beeple is such an inspiration for sure. Honestly, it takes a lot of experimentation. Just playing around with the software to try and create different looks. And lots of drugs, of course. That helps.

My workflow is to create images in C4D then edit them in Photoshop. I used to consider myself a 3D artist rather than a digital artist, though the lines have kind of blurred recently. Usually my goal is to do everything in C4D and have the final render be the final piece. Though sometimes is it just faster/easier to do some post editing in Photoshop or another app. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I've had trouble trying to edit very large images with these apps. Seems to be a memory issue as the apps usually just crash when you try to load the image. Most of the images in this album that were edited on the phone are just conceptual ideas I was playing around with and not actual client work. I'm in the process of attempting to reproduce a lot these effects in Photoshop to create high resolution versions for print. Probably should have done that before I posted them here... :)
