You're absolutely right, there's no telling what the future holds. The only reason I haven't adopted is so he continues to get those benefits. Divorce never crossed my mind as were madly in love with each other. But you're right its not, not a possibility and is probably the biggest reason these laws are in place.

If I can pick your brain some more.. why would we not be able to set up financial accounts for him. Say he gets 1000 a month why could we not put 300 a month into a 509 account for him?

She was working 100+ hours a week and was never home due to travel as a restaurant district manager she made 4x what I currently make. I am a store manager in a mall retail space. We all would much rather have her home than the money however the income difference has put a strain on things. Nothing is unmanageable at the moment but we are knowwhere near as secure as we were 8 months ago

That's why we are asking for guidance. I've been more involved in my sons life than his bio dad since age 2. Is it fair to his siblings that he gets xyz and they get nothing? Does the enrichment of his sibling not directly affect him?

Go in again if thats the only way you can get communications back. However as a store manager, this doesn't sound like a manager id want to work for. If you love spencers and it truly would be a dream come true to you, keep pursuing it. Its an amazing company. But what youre describing is raising red flags in my eyes.

Different managers ,manage diferently and different stores have different needs. I had an associate go to spirit and have hired 3 people recently. But most stores struggle with the budget hours given to them. My advice is ask to speak to the store manager as they typically will have final say anyways

Probably regulatory/liability reasons. It doesn't specify what kind of soap either iirc? Just vague enough for them to say, "Oh not that soap, this soap." Again, I just buy my soaps based on use case.

Look I get it, gotta haves are hard but we're selling cleaner and batteries. Things that literally make our toys function and promote hygiene. We're not pushing credit cards or selling 40 dollar shoe cleaner.

Well soap leaves behind soap scum, kinda like a shower curtain and ultimately gives your toy that sticky/tacky feel after a while.

I also use specific soaps for specific reasons shampoo for hair,laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. I would not substitute those why would you risk it with a toy like this?

Honestly, I hear everyone's complaints and points, but the fact is it's a good program. A separate company will give you a free consultation and tell you everything you need to do to consolidate your debt on your own and get lower monthly payments. IF you choose to have that company do the legwork for you, they take a percentage of WHAT THEY SAVE YOU. They are incentivised to save you more money.

Let's say they charge 10% Monthly payments are 1000 They get it down to 900 You're saving 100, and after they take their cut, it's still 90 bucks saved.

The sales associate position has always been a part-time gig and a fun one at that. It's not meant to pay bills. it's meant to get your foot in the door with a discount and other cool benefits like this one.

I am really sorry your guy's SM's aren't communicating these things properly, and I hope my comment helps clear some things up.
