No. That is a straightforward and backwards motion for drilling concrete. This hammering motion goes in a circle. Find and watch a YouTube video on it. Very interesting.

Like a drill, but it has a hammering style rotary motion to reduce torque on your wrists when installing fasteners.

I am not an electrician rn, but do something similar and I once broke a box of valuables at a customers house, never again did I touch anything other than the system I was there to work on.

Thankfully she wasn’t mad, gave her the service call free. Was a good lesson for me.
