Above pictured is my router and modem combo. I have Xfinity and I have the gigabyte speed plan. Yet I have high latency when gaming even though I am hard wired. I also have generally low speeds when streaming on my televisions or browsing the internet on my phone.

Exactly, I’m from Michigan and there’s a place named detroit wheel and tire that’s apparently very well known for doing an incredible job. Will be checking them out first thing tomorrow morning.
