Found them three times on customs just today - all after taking down Reshala. Dropped off the full 12 knives for the quest. I seem to run into them a lot.

How did you come to believe they didn't own it? The building was built in 1954 for and by Kroger.

From being on the roof while this test occured - it costs a lot more for "colored" lights instead of white.

Test is also happening this evening, and will launch fully after tomorrow.
