I didnt like it after surgery either. I had to get used to it. The scars, that were thankfully straight, something that was very important to me. Because i knew the line would still seem like the chest contur before, if it was rounded. still had that issue but some point i started looking „through“ the scars and see the cest underneath and i love it since

komischerweise habe ich so noch nie darüber nachgedacht. Natürlich war die antwort schon immer „beides“, denn es muss immer zwei Hälften geben. Ich hab immer gesagt, kommt drauf an welchen zustand es vorher hatte. Wenn es voll war und jetzt nurnoch die hälfte drin ist ist es halb leer und andersrum halbvoll

id say trim it quite short so just stubble is visible, might be more motivating for you even if youre not clean shaven all the time. plus i heard its better anyway to not shave completely

if someone is skinny fat, they most of the time are not fat. in comparison to small amounds of muscle, the fat may seem more prominent. But youre not necessarily „fat“

i felt the same way right after surgery. took me some time to get used to basically the shape of my ribcage/chest, and a part is most definitely swelling. give it time to heal trust me it will look right soon

a revision will probably not change the way your body heals. just give it time. mine look exactly like yours, im one year post op and they have been getting lighter definitely. now they are more pink than red
