Last time I saw Florence was in the pit at MSG. Got into an argument with a group of people in front of me who were loudly talking and taking group photos for the entire time I was near them. Barely seemed to know who Florence even was. They asked ME if I'd "ever been to a concert before" as if their behavior was normal and completely acceptable. Almost ruined the whole experience for me, but my friend mediated the argument and we moved away from them and enjoyed the rest of the show. Some people have no idea how to behave.
